Callout for Victorian Mediators and Conflict Coaches

Mediation Institute is applying for a tender to provide a comprehensive conflict management service for the Victorian Department of Education.

Based on past performance of the previous contractor, before COVID there were more than 900 Mediations, Conflict Coaching, Facilitated Meetings and Team Conflict Intervention services provided per year. We would expect that with good quality information about the benefits of mediation and associated conflict management services that volume has the potential to increase.

That means we will need to assemble a team of contractors as well as project managers (who should also be mediators) for the project. The department has set some criteria around experience levels and qualifications so if you are interested in putting forward an expression of interest to be on the team please complete this questionnaire.
