Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not available unless you have paid in advance, a course or activity you have purchased does not proceed or exceptional circumstances apply. The Student Handbook relevant to the year you you purchased your course has the more details.
If you do not intend to complete your course you can notify Mediation Institute by completing a Cancellation Form.
There is no refund available if we have provided access to the course you enrolled in and you have not completed it because you did not do the work necessary to complete the course.
If you would like to put your course on hold for a period of time, please use the Suspend Training Form.
