- Mediation Institute have a membership base of hundreds of professional Mediators and are happy to pass on referrals to Australian Mediators who can assist you with dispute resolution and related services.
Our members include Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) accredited Mediators and Family Group Conference Facilitators.
Our members are located in many areas of Australia and many are skilled at online mediation and able to assist you without the cost and delays associated with travel.

What information we need
The type of information we need to match you with appropriate mediators is:
- The type of dispute you need assistance with e.g. a commercial dispute, a neighbour dispute, family law or other specific area. The more information you can provide the better we can be in giving you the contact details of suitable mediators.
- Your location – even if you want online mediation it is helpful to have a mediator who is in your state or territory
- Your preferred contact methods – for example phone and email if you would like us to pass on your information. Unless you specifically request it we will pass on to you the details of the mediators we’re referring to you.
