This course allows you to apply for registration as a Family Dispute Practitioner with the Australian Attorney Generals Department.
Before you enrol
This course has prerequisites. You must complete an application and meet the requirements before your enrolment can be processed. You will not be invoiced until your enrollment is confirmed.
We offer an interest-free payment plan unless the course is being paid for by a business.
If you have not yet sure if you are eligible to enrol please visit this page – CHC81115 – Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or call us to discuss on 1300 781 533.
Core Units Only
There is the option to complete the six core units from the CHC81115 – Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution.
The advice we have from the Attorney Generals Department is that the core units course is equivalent to the courses offered by higher education providers.
Our course requires that you complete the 50 hours work placement with real clients under the supervision of one or more Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners. We do not regard role plays as replacing the 50 hours work placement, although role plays can supplement your workplace experience if you did not have the full range of cases required in your work placement. You will work with a minimum of five families and generally between 5 and 10 families during your work placement.
You can organise your own work placement, or we can organise it for you for an additional fee.
Registered Training Provider
This course is delivered through a 3rd Party Arrangement in partnership with RTO Inspiritive Pty Ltd.
