She's a professional mediator (NMAS accredited), accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and qualified vocational trainer with a passion for making learning fun, accessible and flexible using eLearning and video technology. She's passionate about dispute resolution as a way of avoiding and resolving disagreements, disputes and conflict before they escalate into emotional and physical violence.
