Our mission is to support our students and members to become a significant part of the solution for the harm caused by unresolved conflict, family violence and interpersonal abuse in Australia.
As mediators, we work with people to help them to resolve their disputes ideally before they escalate into abusive behaviour or expensive litigation.
Established 2013
We founded Mediation Institute in 2013 to innovate how mediation skills are trained in Australia.
Our approach was validated by winning the eLearning Excellence Award for the vocational training sector in 2014.
We again benchmarked our business and were state finalists in Victoria in the 2023 Telstra Best of Business Awards.
