Mediator
- What we are looking for is a casual mediator based in Melbourne with the intention of having them join our team more permanently, pending workload.
- They would lead the mediations in the south side, covering Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and ACT.
- We can have a 3-6 month trial period to see if this works.
- We are looking for someone accredited and who has some experience in mediating but mostly has exceptional listening skills, confident, has great attention to detail, well organised, can multi-task, proficient with Calendly / Microsoft Teams / PowerPoint, has some coaching skills, can lead a workshop (for group facilitations), leadership skills, excellent communicator, possesses high emotional intelligence, sell-aware and eager to develop with Emverio (marketing strategies).
- They need a laptop, mobile phone, own vehicle to start.
- Hourly rate for work completed including preparation time, and travel rate in addition.
- All the documents, attachments, email correspondence will be provided and coordinated by Emverio.
- They are able to have 1:1 ongoing coaching support with myself (National Practise Manager) and Anna (Principal & Owner) throughout the whole mediation process.
- Invitations to lead and participate in monthly PD sessions with the Emverio team.
- Ability to grow with Emverio as the company is expanding quickly!
