Legal Aid NSW is inviting qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) to apply for appointment to its Family Dispute Resolution Service Panel, with applications now open. The panel plays a key role in supporting families to resolve disputes safely and efficiently.

The selection process is merit based and will consider a range of factors, including:

- Relevant qualifications and specialist expertise
- A minimum of five years’ experience as an accredited FDRP
- Knowledge and experience in family law property matters
- Availability to undertake Legal Aid NSW matters
- Aboriginality (where identified)
Legal Aid NSW welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, including people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities and members of the LGBTI community.
