5. (OPTIONAL) If you would like to create a dedicated enrolment form for an Employer that exists in your cloud Employers register, you can include the following snippet within a dedicated page/s. This will mean that any enrolments that come through the dedicated enrolment form will be assigned the payment plan that has been allocated to that particular employer. You may choose to make this page non navigational so the employers name is not visible to the public on the main enrolment form. Please note that where it says ‘Employer ID Number’ you will need to insert the ‘Entity ID’ from the bottom of the details tab for that employer in your cloud system.
