4. This will be the enrolment form for the learner to complete. Once they submit the form they will then be returned to one of the three pages specified in the below link. They will return to the ‘Successful’ page if they have successfully enrolled and no payment is required, they will return to the ‘Unsuccessful’ page if something went wrong and they will return to the ‘Payment required’ page if your training plan has a payment attached to it that requires payment. You will find the ‘Payments’ tab within the training plan and within each payment you can tick the ‘Required’ tick box if your payment is required upon enrolment. You can put whatever you like on these pages but an example might be putting a payment gateway link on the payment required page or putting some text on the enrolment successful page thanking them for their enrolment and that you will be in contact etc.
