Education Provider Complaint Handling Service Subscription
This subscription provides complaint-handling support and associated services for Education Providers including those providing training to international students.
- The annual subscription provides access to the Mediation Institute Independent Complaint Handling Service for Education Providers.
- A subscription certificate provides evidence that you have an Independent Complaint and Appeals Process compliant with ASQA standards. We also support state training authorities and overseas student complaint handling.
- A desk audit of your Complain Handling Policy and procedures is available at any time as part of your subscription.
- Phone and email support for general questions about complaint management and student enquiries about lodging a complaint.
Additional fees apply for Mediation, Academic Review, Complaint Investigation, Staff training in dispute resolution and staff mentoring services. We can provide referrals to student counselling services as part of the program.
