Mediation Institute is aware of three panel opportunities for NMAS Accredited mediators

  1. The office of the Franchising Mediation Advisor – a government funded service to assist with the resolution of disputes under the Franchising Code of Conduct  www.franchisingcode.com.auGo to www.franchisingcode.com.au/mediator-registration/ before 28th February 2017 to register your interest.  You must be a currently NMAS Accredited Mediator to be eligible to apply.You will then be invited to apply when the applications open.
  2. The office of the Oilcode Dispute Resolution Adviser – a government funded service to assist with the resolution of disputes under the Oilcode to assist with mediation of petroleum industry disputes in every state and territory of Australia. www.oilcode.com.au

Go to www.oilcode.com.au/mediator-registration/ before 28th February 2017 to register your interest.   You must be a currently NMAS Accredited Mediator to be eligible to apply.

You will then be invited to apply when the applications open

3.The office of theHorticulture Mediation Adviser – a government funded service to assist with the resolution of disputes under the Horticultural Code of Conduct to assist with the mediation of horticultural disputes in every state and territory of Australia. www.horticulturecode.com.au
