Client Services Officer roles often provide an opportunity for Graduate Diploma Students or newly graduated professionals who want a job as a FDR Practitioner to get known by government funded services. Sometimes this leads to an offer of employment if a role as a Family Dispute Resolution practitioner becomes available.
About the Role
The Client Services Officer is a full time (75 hours per fortnight), fixed term maternity relief contract (December 2018 – November 2019) based at RACR Deakin office.
Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, Client Services Officer is expected to work collaboratively within a team environment to assist the smooth running of the RACR reception and administrative services.
To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:
- Excellent observational, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact sensitively with a diverse range of people;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Computer literacy and demonstrated ability in data entry;
