The position of Mediation Assistant forms a part of the Victorian Small Business Commission.
Working with the Victorian Small Business Commission, this role will arrange mediations, provide administrative assistance to mediators during mediations, collect fees and prepare revenue reports. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the dispute resolution & mediation environment, strong customer service capability, ability to organise work efficiently as well as experience in general office procedures and activities.
The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of the team and undertake a wide variety of work across the Commission.
The successful applicant will also be required to work from 10am to 6pm.
