RealHR is an established boutique HR Consultancy business that partners with SME's to advise, coach and mentor business owners, and front line Managers across all HR systems and processes in their business to enhance compliance, shape & influence workplace culture and mitigate risk of disputes.
We are a small professional team in a very exciting growth phase and are seeking a motivated, self driven, lateral thinking problem solver with exceptional people engagement skills to work with our team on a full-time basis. We work from home based offices and go out into our client's workplaces where we can best immerse ourselves in their culture and be best positioned to advise and problem solve at the operational level.
The role of HR Advisor will report to the Managing Director of RealHR and will be responsible for:
Advising, coaching and supporting business owners and people leaders with talent acquisition, compliant on -boarding and engagement procedures, employee relations across the employee life-cycle, WHS compliance, succession planning, learning & development, SHRM planning and performance management initiatives.
Investigating and mediating workplace disputes;
Working with our client's teams to implement a cloud based HR management system into their businesses ( full - training will be provided on this system);
Providing on-going training, coaching and support on the HRIS program to our client's teams to ensure a seamless on boarding;
Maximising all business referral opportunities in your designated territory by making follow up appointments to meet prospective clients face to face to promote Real HR's services.
Work with the HR Manager to ensure all business goals, timelines and KPIs are measured and achieved;
Working in collaboration with the RealHR team to develop training packages for our Clients;
Conducting workplace HR audits and report writing;
Conducting workplace training for clients as required;
Client database management
You will need to be self-motivated and adaptable in this dynamic environment.
Engaging and connecting personality;
Disciplined to work in isolation and follow business goals and KPIs to achieve the required results for the business;
minimum of 2-3 yrs experience working in a HR officer/HR Advisor role;
Have an understanding of governing employment legislation - Fair Work Act 2009 ( NES), Awards, Work Place Health & Safety Act 2011 and the ability to interpret and advise accordingly;
Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills;
Passion and a can do attitude!
Microsoft Office Suite skills;
Must have a current QLD drivers licence and car that is comprehensively insured.
