Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner - Greensborough
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner, with property mediation experience, to join our team based in Greensborough.

About the role
Reporting to the Manager Northern Melbourne, a key focus of this role will be to deliver property mediation services in our Family Relationship Centre (FRC), including undertaking assessments. You will be responsible for providing FDR to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute regarding parenting arrangements and property division. The role is responsible for undertaking assessments, FDR, group work (as required) and for providing information, support and referral to match presenting needs to services and programs.
Skills, experience and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work or Law.
- Successful completion of the Vocational Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution.
- Registration as an FDRP under the Accreditation Rules or on the Register of FDRP maintained by the Attorney-General’s Department or eligible to be registered immediately.
- Candidates with demonstrable skills, from previous experience with organisations and or culturally diverse client groups, staff and workforces or stakeholders are highly valued at RAV.
- Demonstrated previous experience as a family dispute resolution practitioner (advantageous).

This is a permanent, part time, four (4) days per week position, located in Greensborough. The FRC operates two evenings per week and there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be available to work one evening per week. You will receive a competitive remuneration package (salary range $79k-$88kpa(pro-rata)) plus superannuation and salary packaging.
