To this end MI has established a Complaints Handling Procedure that meets the requirements of the Mediation Standards Board for NMAS accredited mediators and Attorney Generals Department for Family Dispute Resolution Practioioners.

MI is aware that meeting CPD requirements for mediators is not always easily available to mediators throughout Australia. To help MI has released a number of video based seminars on relevant topics that have been developed in conjunction with our undergraduate training. We will also be sponsoring specific seminars and workshops which will be notified on our CPD page.
