As someone who had already completed the FDRP training & certification, but at a loss of where to go from there Joanne enthusiastically guided me in the right direction. Joanne has a wealth of knowledge about the industry and its quirks and suggested options I would never have considered. I have no doubt Joanne advocates for both the novice and experienced FDRP and am very grateful for her advice. I will be using the Mediation Institute for my insurance, mentoring, complaints handling and as a vehicle for my professional development.
