Q & A Session. Hosted by Ken Speakman. Every Tuesday. This is a question and answer session held weekly, for Mi Students (Only) who may have questions on any of the offered Mi courses. You can use this session to also assist in honing your skills in specific areas.
Promoting Social Connectedness to support men's mental health. Presenters: Brendan Quinn, Ian Zajac, Peter Torenbeek. Facilitated by Sean Martin. Wednesday 25 May 2022. Being socially connected is important for maintaining our mental health and wellbeing. A recent report from Ten to Men: the Australian Longitudinal Study on Male Health showed that men who were unemployed, single and/or living alone had lower levels of social support and less rewarding relationships.
