Negotiating and Mediating Insurance Claims at a Time of Disaster: New Zealand after Christchurch. over half a million claims had to be negotiated with insurance companies. John Hardie will be describing a really significant step currently being taken in New Zealand towards fairer resolution of insurance disputes following natural disasters. John's role is to support the dispute resolution part of the service, called the Internal Dispute Resolution Service (IDRS), a process his talk will explain in more detail.

Mi NMAS Mediator Assessment Expectations. Hosted by Mediation Institute Director of Applied Learning, Ken Speakman the session will go over the overall make or break expectations as well as the facilitation skills that the assessor will evaluate to make their determination of competent or not-yet-competent.
