In this Workshop, FDR Practitioner and Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Fiona Kirkman and FamilyProperty CEO Tim Kirkman, will share their expertise about:
- Best practice process to collate and disclose relevant information and documents for property settlements.
- Using an interactive and collaborative balance sheet to model, compare property settlement proposals.
- Documenting a binding and enforceable property settlement agreement.
There will also be an opportunity for Q & A.
This workshop is suitable for family mediators and family lawyers who negotiate property settlements on behalf of their clients.
There will be a certificate of attendance and the workshop provides three (3) hours of professional development for accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (1/4 of your annual requirement)
