Love, Loss, and Letting Go: a seasonal gathering

Love, Loss And Letting Go

Love, Loss, and Letting Go: a seasonal gathering
November 19, 2022 4:30pm-7:30pm AEDT

A personal / professional development offering for our time – somewhat post-covid – and for all times, as people with changing experiences and emotions managing loss in all of its forms: death; divorce; illness; life transitions; role changes…the list goes on.

Whether you are a Mediator supporting other people with their loss and grief, or would like to experience the power of processing emotions from the grief cycle, this gathering is for you.

We come together to share in our human experience of traversing endings and beginnings, being with the ebb and flow of change.
Commonly referred to as a ‘Grief circle’, Rachel Clark (Mediator/Teacher of Lumin Leaders) and Cathy Williams (Expressive Movement Therapist of Intuitive Self) will guide you in a nourishing supportive space to be seen, held and acknowledged.

We will flow ritually through movement, sound and writing practices, closing with a fire ceremony and soup supper together.
A space to be with all that is moving within us.

All are welcome.

Limited places, Tickets $30- $75
