Evening Session January 2019 Online Peer Group Supervision
29 January @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm AEDT
This event is a monthly online peer group supervision session for Mediation Institute Members and guests.
Members are encouraged to come along to share and discuss practice issues and examples, explore alternatives and share learnings in an informal and confidential group environment.
- We can split into interest groups if there are three or more people interested in a specific style of mediation e.g commercial, workplace, elder mediation, Family Dispute Resolution, family group conferencing etc otherwise we’ll remain in a single group and discover what can be learnt from different approaches and contexts of dispute resolution.
- Respect for each other and ensure that any feedback is constructive and considerate
- Maintain the confidentiality of clients by avoiding real names and identifying information – our focus is on the practice issues and learnings not gossip!
- Bring along your observations from interesting cases, questions you’ve been pondering and any other contributions that you think will be of interest to your colleges.
