This is a series of five x 45 minute sessions conducted over five weeks.

Sessions are able to be purchased as a group of 5 or individually.
The webinars will provide HR / Management professionals with the practical application of knowledge, information and templates to conduct successful facilitated discussions in the workplace. They will assist non-mediation accredited workplace professionals to effectively intervene in workplace disputes or update your current skills in this increasingly vital workplace area.

After you have completed this series, you can also register into our skills sessions. These are two hour sessions where you get to role play and practice your developing mediation skills. These sessions can be incorporated into your annual professional development as a mediator or other profession (such as human resources professional).
It is designed to complement the Facilitated Discussion Certificate Course created in collaboration with the Mediation Institute for those who are interested in starting their journey to mediation accreditation. However, you can also register in just the webinar series.
