Mediation Institute is going to have a stand at the National Conference so that we are nice and visible for those of you who’ve only spoken to us on the phone or come to a webinar can find us.

We’re going to have Fiona Kirkman from FamilyProperty there able to provide demos of the Legal Tech software that she and her husband Tim have developed. We recently did a Podcast and Webinar as we find the product amazing. We’re going to be using it in our Family Dispute Resolution Course and also in our professional development course for FDRP’s to update their skills in Property FDR.
We’ve been hard at work with a passionate team of practitioners and trainers putting together a course in Transformative Relationship Mediation. This is a professional development course for Mediators and FDRP’s as it is advanced level training rather than the intro level that NMAS Mediator Accreditation represents.

The NMAS Review has been completed and now is in the implementation phase as the Mediator Standards Board works on the changes to the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) flowing from the review.
